2019 Vendor Application

Join over 125 vendors for a weekend of fall family fun! 

Details:

  • 2 day festival, October 5-6, 2019
  • Attracts crowds of 25,000
  • $175 for a 10×10 space; $200 for a 10×10 corner space. All applications mailed after August 31st will be assessed a $25 surcharge.
  • Held outside at Shield’s Farm, a multi-acre farm in Delmont, PA
  • Venue includes craft vendors, food vendors, live entertainment, fresh apples and antique farm equipment demonstrations
  • Only vendors who hand make the items they sell will be accepted

We are always looking for help with our crafts! If you have gifts in coordinating or organizing and would like to volunteer for the 2019 craft committee, please contact us. We’d love to have you.

2019 Delmont Apple 'n Arts Vendor Application

  • Please enter a short description of the handmade items you sell
  • To reclaim the space you held last year, your application and payment must be received by June 30, 2019. The Apple 'n Arts Festival will begin assigning vendor spaces in the order applications are received.
    Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet. You may choose multiple spaces or a corner booth. Corner spaces are subject to availability.
  • Please choose the best category that describes your items.
    I agree to be present for the full duration on both days of the festival. I attest that all items I sell at the festival are handmade by me or my business. I attest that I am not selling any food that requires heat or refrigeration to prevent spoilage. I attest that if I sell food items, I have the proper license, insurance, and Serv Safe Certification. I agree not to sell jewelry unless it is included in my approved application. I agree not to sell printed t-shirts or sweatshirts. (Hand-sewn, hand-painted, hand-embroidered, etc. items are permitted). I agree not to sell chance or raffle tickets. I understand that the festival only provides a space at the festival. I realize that I must supply all other necessities for my booth including a tent, table and chairs. I understand that when the check for application fee is cashed, it is non-refundable. I understand and accept that the Apple 'n Arts Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. I agree to forever discharge and release Delmont Apple 'n Arts Festival Inc. from any and all manner of actions, suits, damage claims, whatever arising from any loss or damage to persons or property.

All vendor applicants are bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Delmont Apple ‘N Arts Festival Inc. The rules require that all items sold are handmade by the vendor. The vendor also agrees to forever discharge and release Delmont Apple ‘n Arts Festival Inc. from any and all manner of actions, suits, damage claims, whatever arising from any loss or damage to property or self.

    1. Shannon, some of the vendors have been going through a company online: actinsurance.com. This company specializes in liability policies for artists and crafts people. They have a policy that is renewable annually, or you can purchase a policy for an individual show. Hope this helps.
