How much does it cost to be a vendor? 

A 10×10 booth is $175 and corner spaces are $200.

What do I do after I apply? 

After your application has been received and approved, we will notify you, and ask that you send in your booth fee to hold your spot. Checks can be mailed to: Delmont Apple ‘n Arts Festival Craft Registration. P.O. Box 336, Delmont, PA 15626.

Make checks payable to “Delmont Apple ‘n Arts Festival, Inc.”. Include your booth name on the memo line.

When will I be notified of acceptance? 

Our craft committee reviews applications and will email you confirmation once accepted. We try to reply to respond to most applications in 1-2 weeks.

What type of vendors do you accept?

The Delmont Apple ‘n Arts Festival only accept artists with hand-made items. If you have questions, please contact us.

When will I receive instructions about the festival? 

We’ll be mailing out information for crafters closer to the festival date in October. You should be hearing from us in September. We like to ensure are details are finalized and you have the best information.

Does the festival provide a table and chairs for my booth? 

We provide a 10×10 blank space for you to create a beautiful display. Crafters should provide their own tent, table and chairs.

Where is the festival held?

The festival is held at Shield’s Farm, a large farm owned by Delmont Borough. Crafters are set up on a field above the amphitheater. The field is grassy and has some small, paved walking paths through it.

What dates and times are the 2021 festival? 

This year, the festival is Saturday & Sunday, October 1st & 2nd, 2022. Times are Saturday from 10am – 6pm and Sunday from 11 – 5pm.

Can I bring my car or vehicle to my booth to set-up? 

Most years, yes! We allow crafters to drive their vehicles onto the field to set-up their booths in front of their spots. We know your items and displays are heavy.

Some years when the field is too wet and we have had a lot of rain, cars run the risk of getting stuck in the deep mud. When vehicles aren’t permitted on the field, we work with the Safety Team to make sure everyone on the farm is safe. You might have a bit of an arm workout, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Where do Crafters park?

Crafter parking is free and you’ll receive two complimentary parking passes. (Normal entrance to the festival is $7/car). Crafters have reserved parking along the fence line in the back field.

We’ll have golf carts running to take you back and forth to your car. It is a bit of a hike, so plan ahead and keep your items at your booth with you if you can.

Have you considered moving the festival up to warmer months – maybe in September? 

We’ve thought about it!

We used to host the festival on the third weekend of October. If you think we’ve had cold weekends in recent years, you should see how cold it gets in late October. One year there was hail and snow!

The festival is held the first full weekend of October, the absolute earliest time of the year we can hold it. We partner with Fort Allen Antique Tractor Association who runs the apple cider press and apple sales. The apples aren’t ready for harvest before the first weekend in October. Believe us, we’ve tried to negotiate with God on this one. :)
